Whatever we eat is converted into calories, the basic currency of energy. If we eat more food, it means we are consuming more calories. When this happens, our body is left with no other choice but to convert these calories into fat. The result is weight gain and poorly shaped body.

Weight loss is possible only when you create a deficit in the calories you eat and the calories you consume. This is possible in two ways:

  • Adopt good eating habits. Take food from time to time and make sure that you don’t just lie down flat immediately after eating a lot. Irregular eating affects the digestion and causes the accumulation of food.try to take dinner 4 hours before going to bed.

  • Avoid junk, greasy and fried foods. Cola beverages also play an important role in making you fat, so try to avoid them as much as you can. Soft drinks do no good to your health, then why use them?

If the food you eat is rich in proteins, complex carbohydrates and unsaturated fats, it is good for your health.   • Exercise is a must not only for good health but also for a good physique. Utilize the energy you get from the food otherwise that will accumulate and will be harmful instead of being useful. Make a habit to go for a walk daily.

  • Watch your eating habits as irregular eating can cause weight gain so avoiding the irregularities helps to reduce the weight.

  • Be patient regarding weight loss. There is no short route to reach it. You will have to carry the healthy life routine for a long time to keep your weight under control.
